FAQs

What does all caps mean?

jack of all trades, master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one.

All Caps means wearing multiple caps, 2, 3, or all of them, in order to build small teams to tackle big ideas. we are a collective of creative artists looking to build beautiful peices of work with all our skills.

What if i’m only good at one thing?

after the initial application phase, if you are PROFICIENT in one area but wish to add on a new skill, jobs we take on can be offered to you in a multi-role field so you can hone that new skill on set from someone in the collective ready to share and assist. You’ll be managing two things in no time.

why fewer team members? wouldn’t that mean more work for less money?

Let’s be honest, the industry has seen a drastic shift in client budgets, often resulting in your one role being a lower rate. we take those big ideas, work within the clients budget, which allows us to be paid more while also streamlining tasks and processes during all stages of production.

i already have my own business. why would I want to join?

By being part of all caps collective, you get to be on the roster which gets you the first call when a production shows up that needs fulfilling. instead of doing outreach in just one area, think of this as another arm of your company — we want you to get work, and we want to make amazing things. joining simply gives you the OPPORTUNITY to fill your calendar faster.

Can i use the work i made in my portfolio?

Absolutely. This is still your work, your role, your skills.

Will you be stealing my clients?

No, just as we will be offering all our clients the opportunity to work with the creatives in all caps collective, we would ask that all clients we work with be open to working freely with the team, or going solo with one artist.

how does all caps make money?

we don’t make money unless you do. everyone is paid fairly based on their going rates, and based on each project budget. throughout the year we may work on spec peices together, UTILIZING our network and skills to grow, gain more experience, and use tools and gear we might not otherwise be able to get our hands on.
